If we watch carefully the crowd that karunanidhi, jayalalitha addressed, we can find that that it is the arranged audience. They are addressing their own crowd. Very less outsiders. They took pleasure in the crowd atmosphere.Even if they are not addressing, their people will vote for them.
These leaders did not take efforts to adddress the common people who will listen to their arguements and change or decide to vote for them.
Even if karunanidhi and jayalalitha did not tour this time, they would have got what they get by campain.
Energy has been spent without any possible gains.

arranging crowds has been around for a long time right.. what I hated was ridiculous distribution of freebies! that is just appalling how a tax payer's money is used!!
