Shajahan built Tajmahal at Agra in memory of his loving wife Mumtaj. This is a famous monument. Everybody knows it.
Humayun's wife built Humayun Tomb at Delhi in memory of her husband. Very few people know it.
Jahanara's Tomb
Jahanara is the daughter of Shajahan and Mumtaj. She was learned and knowledgable person. She was powrful, yet Jahanara preferred simple tomb her.
she wrote in Persian before she died, which is on her tomb
"Let no one cover my grave except with greenery,
for this very grass suffices as a tomb cover for the poor."
How she is in contrast with Shajahan's views!!!.
